Conducting the full range of activities required to prepare, submit and manage sponsorship proposals to foundation and corporate sources – including assisting the CEO in scheduling and preparing visits to foundations or corporate funders, and accompany when feasible; and maintaining current records in database and in paper files, including grant and sponsorship tracking and reporting; promotion and distribution, and more;

If necessary, help to create a street team, assist in expanding roster and providing missions for the leaders of such team for the length of agreement; promote the proposing client, or the event and/or venue contracted to promote using the web through Viral marketing, and physical branding through hired “Ambassadors.”

Research and book the best place or venue to hold your event with provided entertainment – models, disc jockeys, hostesses, etc. – from an associated Entertainment Company affiliated with The Company or venue; refer talent within The Company, or search talent throughout other entertainment and/or management companies to best fit client’s event;

Provided with talent’s biography – or completing a list of questions – and music in an mp3 format, The Company will draft and complete an Electronic Press Kit consisting of a cover letter in which the kit is needed, biography, stock photo, contact page for talent management, and sample music. A music video can be added if uploaded to YouTube.

BOOKING REPRESENTATION
Booking shows and interviews for client of proposed talent by approaching promoters and personalities, negotiating contracts and comps – for live performances, overseeing soundcheck and roadies by subjecting to the client’s needs; and
MUSIC PR
Promote any and all new releases, tour or other entertainment related news to the media by liaising between labels and client and media by print, internet and radio with an issued report with press clippings of all the received coverage.
